The General Information Clause

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ EU L 2016 No 119, p. 1, as amended). – hereinafter referred to as GDPR – we inform you that:

We are the controllers of your personal data.

Data Protection Officer

Purposes and Legal Bases of Processing

The purposes of processing your data have been specified. As the controller, we will process your data:

to respond to a request for quotation submitted by you, and, if applicable, to fulfill an order, based on your consent (legal basis under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR):

At any time, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data, but such withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on your consent before its withdrawal.

to conclude a contract for preparing an offer or executing an offer based on your interest in our offer (legal basis under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR);

to perform and based on a contract when we have concluded one (legal basis under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR);

for the purpose of selecting services to meet the needs of our clients, general optimization of our products, optimization of service processes, building knowledge about our clients, financial analysis of our company, etc., as part of our legitimate interest in this respect (legal basis under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR);

for archival (evidentiary) purposes as part of our legitimate interest in securing information in the event of a legal need to demonstrate facts (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR);

for the possible establishment, assertion, or defense against claims as part of our legitimate interest in this respect (legal basis under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR);

to investigate customer satisfaction as part of our legitimate interest in determining the quality of our service and the level of satisfaction of our clients with products and services (legal basis under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR);

to offer you our products and services directly (direct marketing), including tailoring them to your needs, i.e., profiling, as part of our legitimate interest in this respect (legal basis under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR); – if you have provided your consent in this regard;

to offer you directly (direct marketing) products and services of companies cooperating with us (our partners), e.g., in the form of discount vouchers, including tailoring them to your needs, i.e., profiling, as part of our and our partners’ legitimate interest in this respect (legal basis under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR); – if you have provided your consent in this regard;

Right to Object

You have the right to object to the processing of your data described above at any time. We will cease processing your data for these purposes unless we can demonstrate that there are compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights, and freedoms or that your data are necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes. If you exercise this right, we will cease processing your data for this purpose.

Data Retention Period

Your personal data resulting from the concluded contract will be processed for the period during which claims related to this contract may arise, i.e., for 5 years from the end of the year in which the contract expired, including 5 years being the longest possible limitation period for claims from complaints that you have chosen independently. An additional year is for claims submitted at the last minute and problems with delivery, and counting from the end of the year serves to determine one date for deleting data for contracts ending in a given year.
